Sometimes when life is very stressful I like to remind myself of Flight 5390.
The year was 1990. The day was June 10.
It was a Sunday, Gremlins 2 was in cinemas, and the captain of British Airways flight 5390 got sucked out of his own plane when the window fell off.
Captain Tim was the one who got sucked out.
