I find the way trials work in NZ really interesting, the concept of keeping back someone’s identity until prosecution definitely has it’s positives and negatives! I’m going through what you’ve talked about in this at the minute (legally that’s all I can say 🥲) and I find it baffling that people are so motivated and obsessed by money they think people can be paid off from reporting or pursuing these issues in a courtroom! There is no amount of money someone could offer me that would stop me doing the morally right thing, because at the end of the day that’s what it boils down to!
That being said, Jevan sounds like a total piece of work who is continuously looking for the next source of cash, I don’t doubt at some point he’ll be back in court for something else due to his greed

Yiannopoulos is now on Gab which amuses me because not a lot of people use that site. I like to go on there and troll Torba about the Gab hack and why didn’t he notify users of the hack.
Gab.com had a recent “hack” revealing Yiannopoulos is one of the very first users on the site. Andrew Torba who owns Gab is bat-shit crazy. He sends insane rambling email newsletters. Torba claims to be a conservative Christian and is using Yiannopoulos to gain more users. The “hack” revealed Torba created the Trump account on it site...he made it verified meaning he tricked users into thinking Trump or Trump’s administration was managing the account. Nope, it was Torba lol!
Torba now rants about gay hacker demons because a lgbtq programmer discovered and published the vulnerability. Then had to make crap up on why users don’t need to change their password.
So not really a hack, Gab left open a sql vulnerability. In fact it’s a vulnerability that most beginners in internet security first learn about and will do tests in college for people in Computer Science. So I’m perplexed why Gab left that open.
Anyway I turned this into a long rant but I’m glad we are at a stage where being gay isn’t a big deal anymore. These are 2 guys trying to find the most ridiculous way to get money.
